About the Range
Ozark Sportsman is home to the highest rated shooting range in Northwest Arkansas. Our Action Target Genesis range has 10 lanes of state-of-the-art equipment with touchscreen displays, swivel and changing targets, training drills, and more! The adjustable nature of our shooting range makes it incredibly easy to use. You can also book our 5-lane rifle range to use to tune in your gun or target shoot with your buddies. Each lane includes a rifle bench that’s perfect for you to sit at and get comfortable!
What You Should Know Before Entering the Range
To make the most of your experience with us, we want to be transparent about range requirements and regulations before you get here. So, before you enter the Ozark Sportsman range, here are some things you should know:
- Appropriate attire is necessary for your safety. No open toe or heeled shoes are permitted on the shooting range.
- We require all participants to sign our waiver indicating you understand the rules and safety procedures. When going to a shooting range near me this helps ensure you have the best experience possible. Sign the Waiver here.
- We require safety glasses and ear protection to be worn at all times in the shooting range. Ear protection must be worn over the ears.
- If you are going to rent a firearm from Ozark Sportsman, please note we cannot rent to a single shooter. You will need to have another person with you or your own personal firearm on the shooting range in order to rent one from us. You must have a valid government state ID or passport with you as it is needed to rent a firearm.
If you are bringing your own ammunition and firearm to the shooting range, it must meet Ozark’s safety specifications before being allowed on the range. For any questions about our safety specifications, please contact us.
Shooting Range Rules
The Ozark Sportsman range operates safely and effectively because of the range rules that we have set in place. Some of these rules include but are not limited to:
- Members and guests are to treat EVERY gun like it’s loaded.
- NO food or drink allowed in the range.
- Always keep your firearm pointed in a safe direction with your finger off the trigger.
- Shooters must be 21+ to use the range unaccompanied.
- No rapid fire.
Safety is our top priority on the range. Our range officers are onsite at all times to ensure that the range rules are being followed and are available to address any questions or concerns that you may have.
